How do I get my item sent in for repair?

For repair requests, please proceed to our After Sales Service centre.

Alternatively, you may drop by our physical stores. We highly encourage enquiring about your repair before heading down to our stores as some items may be irreparable.

Repairs will take 14 business days from the date your item is received as we may need to employ specialised crafters to tend to your request.
