Exchange Terms and Conditions
  1. Any exchange similar to a return will be honoured
  2. Purchased items can only be exchanged once
  3. Exchanged items will be valued as per the amount it was purchased at
  4. Any shipping costs will be borne by the customer
  5. Discounts applied in the original order will not be applicable for the new item; excluding exchanges of sizes
  6. No returns, exchanges, or replacements is valid for customised items
  7. The price of the exchanged item should be equal or lower than the new item
    1. If there is an increase of price, it will be borne by the customer
  8. If your order consists of a Gift with Purchase (GWP) and by processing an exchange disqualifies this criterion, the GWP will have to be returned
    1. If customer is unable to return or would like to keep the GWP, you may choose to do so.
    2. It will be considered a return and there will be a 10% deduction of store credits in the supposed return amount

Exchange Validity

Item(s) in new and original condition can be exchanged within 30 days from date of purchase (inclusive of weekends and public holidays) with the exception of:

  • designs that were on final sale and/or were sold at more than a 30% and above discount
  • designs that were offered as 'deal of the day'
  • all stationery products (i.e. greeting cards)
  • free Gift with Purchases
  • gift boxes and/or packaging

Exchanges to a Different Finishing
  • Exchanges to a different metal colour is only available in-stores
  • Discounts applied in the original order will not be applicable on the new item as it is considered as a return due to change of mind

Exchanges to a Different Size
  • Exchange to a different size is available both online and in-stores
  • Exchanges to a different size is only applicable for rings and bracelets – this will be considered a one-time exchange
  • Exchange requests regarding earring sizes will be considered as an Exchange to a Different Design.
  • Exchanges to a different size is available online and in-store

Exchange to a Different Design
  • Exchange to a different design is only available in-store
  • Discounts applied in the original order will not be applicable on the new item as it is considered as a return due to change of mind

In-store Exchanges
  • All in-store exchanges are dependent on selected item's in-store stock availability
  • Exchange requests regarding stones, finishing and/or design is only available in-store
  • If the selected item is not available in-store, please submit a return form
