What are store credits?

Some good-to-know information:
- Store credits are issued to your account when:
- You've been refunded store credits
- You've been awarded store credits
- Store credits can be used online and in-stores
- Store credits do not expire
- Any balance of store credits that is not utilised will remain in your account.
If you have S$50 of store credits in your account and would like to spend S$40, S$10 will remain in your account and can be used in the next transaction.
Items purchased with store credits cannot be returned or exchanged.
