Return Terms and Conditions
Please note that all items purchased using the Past Season Sale promotions of a 30% discount will not be valid for any return or exchange. Repairs and replacements, should they meet the requirements, will be valid.
  1. Purchased items can only be returned once
  2. Returns will only be processed in store credit
  3. Return requests are not instantly validated and may take up to 14 business days for the entire procedure to be concluded
  4. Urgent return requests will not be entertained
  5. If your order consists of a Gift with Purchase (GWP) and by processing a return disqualifies this criterion, the GWP will have to be returned
    1. If the entire order is returned, the GWP will have to be returned as well
    2. If customer is unable to return or would like to keep the GWP, you may choose to do so
      1. There will be a 10% deduction of store credits in the supposed return amount

Return Validity

Item(s) in new and original condition can be returned within 30 days from date of purchase (inclusive of weekends and public holidays) with the exception of:

  • designs that were on final sale and/or were sold at more than a 30% and above discount
  • designs that were offered as 'deal of the day'
  • all stationery products (i.e. greeting cards)
  • free Gift with Purchases
  • gift boxes and/or packaging

Items purchased using store credits cannot be returned or exchanged. Learn more about store credits.

Item(s) must additionally meet the following criteria:

  • product(s) is in original unworn condition with no signs of wear or damage
  • product(s) with its original packaging (jewellery pouch and/or box, excluding the shipping box) that it came with
    • If you are unable to return the original packaging/pouch or you would like to keep them, S$3 will be deducted from your credits.
  • product purchased with legal tender

Should the returned item not meet the above return guidelines, we will reserve the right to deny a return request and have the item(s) returned to customers. Shipping charges to be borne by the customer.


Returns past 30-day Window

In the event you would like to return an item past the 30-day window, we will still accept your return:

  1. if your item meets the above criteria, for
  2. up to a period of 60 days.

All returns past the 30-day window will receive a partial refund in store credits according to the chart below:

1st to 30th day from date of purchase

100% of the product price paid

31st day to 40th day from date of purchase

75% of the product price paid

41st day to 60th day from date of purchase

50% of the product price paid


Return Terms and Conditions for Jewellery Boxes

The item(s) must be:

  1. In brand new, unused condition with no signs of use or damage
  2. In its original packaging (satin drawstring pouch, excluding the shipping box) that it came with.
    1. If you are unable to return the original packaging or pouch or you would like to keep them, S$3 will be deducted from your credits.
  3. Purchased with legal tender

Should the returned item(s) not meet the above return guidelines, we will reserve the right to deny a return request and have the item(s) sent back to customers. Shipping charges may apply and will be borne by the customer.
